Tressa Educators Wanted!
Tressa is looking for new color talent! We are experiencing a huge growth in color sales which will require additional gifted colorist to move our company to the next level of education.
Criteria: Color Educator
- Licensed cosmetologist or barber
- Minimum 1 year industry experience
- Actively works and will continue to work in a Tressa salon
- Willing to maintain and present a fashionable/professional image
- Demonstrates and applies technical expertise (Cutting, Color, Styling & Finishing)
- Goal oriented salon professional
- Excellent Follow Up and Follow Through Skills
- Use of Tressa provided training tools
- Self directed and has ability to motivate others
- Willing to learn and attend on-going seminars
- On-going commitment to Tressa
